Notes: Another $10-ish Riesling! I've been picking them up like candy lately to throw in the basement closet cellar and forget about for 10 years, and this one looks like no exception to that pursuit. Well respected in past vintages, the Dr. Fischer Riesling Kabinett appears well made and unique for a Kabinett with a higher RS (residual sugar) target. However, 2021 was a cooler and more classic vintage for Riesling, so this should have potential!
