Notes: This is a Bordeaux rosé of Merlot from a well-known producer, in collaboration with the great-granddaughter of the Baron Phillippe de Rothschild, Mathilde. Reviewers call the Mathilde “avant Garde” for Mouton Cadet, but with a screw top it’s definitely meant as a fun wine. Sure to be an interesting and more modern expression of a Bordeaux Blanc, and not your average Rose.
